America's Fraud Capitol
Are You Happy to Pay Taxes for California?
Gold Panners for El Dorado STATE,
Are you ready and willing to pay more taxes as repayment for Newsom’s mismanagement of funds? WHY should the STATE OF CALIFORNIA’s leaders have to worry about abuse of taxes when the taxpayers will once again be forced to cover their transgressions? It’s the law.
Because of what we’ve learned from the way California’s government is run, El Dorado State’s intention is to have NO AGENCIES run by unelected, unaccountable, bureaucrats. All Department/District Managers will report directly to the People in Elections. No autonomous ‘agencies’ to siphon off our wealth. When the People’s hard-earned money isn’t going to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA as taxes to cover mismanagement and corruption, and we have local government as El Dorado State, based on all other 49 states, we’ll be able to lower taxes because we don’t need railroads to nowhere. If you’re in agreement, come to our January 15th meeting at the Rescue Community Center, 6pm, 4180 Green Valley Road. IT CAN HAPPEN!

More updates from Kevin Kiley:
On Friday I rose on the House Floor to share an undeniable truth: California is the Fraud Capital of America. The latest testament comes from the State Auditor, whose scathing new report identifies 8 separate state agencies as “high-risk.” That number has doubled under Newsom.
“High-risk” means the agencies are rife with “waste, fraud, abuse, or mismanagement,” costing taxpayers billions. We already knew, of course, that Newsom allowed $32 billion in EDD fraud, lost $24 billion in homeless funds, and wasted $650 million on a scrapped 911 system.
On top of all that, California is now the only state in the country that failed to repay its federal COVID loan. In other words, our governor is literally a deadbeat. Because Newsom defaulted on the loan, our small businesses now have to repay $20 billion through automatic tax increases.
The way to make the federal government work better, then, is to do the opposite of what Newsom has done. For instance, I was in-studio at CNN following President Trump’s address, and noted the way to make America more affordable is to make our policies less like California’s.
Also in DC, I chaired a hearing of my Education Subcommittee on an important topic: declining participation in youth sports across America, largely because of exorbitant costs, and the negative impact this is having on young people. You can see Fox News’ coverage of the hearing here.
In a Judiciary hearing on retail theft, I discussed with San Diego’s District Attorney how our victory over Newsom on Prop. 36 is making California safer. And in the Transportation Committee, I helped pass a bill to assure air traffic controllers never go without paychecks again.
I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and joyful holiday season.
