Contracts have consequences, Governor Newsom.
Following is the wording of a Contract of Guarantee made with each state by the U.S. Congress and the President representing the United States when given Statehood; and to which each State must meet and keep its contractual commitment of a Republican Form of Government and Congress its Guarantee:
U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
On February 11, 2026, United States Attorney Pam Bondi stated under Congressional Oath, “the Sanctuary STATE OF CALIFORNIA has released 4,561 criminal illegals back onto the streets of California who have been convicted:
31 of homicide
661 of assaults
574 of burglaries
184 of robberies
1,489 of dangerous drug offences
379 of weapon offences
234 of sexual predator offences”
This clearly shows intent on the part of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA to honor its commitment to illegal Invaders rather than to the Citizens of America who are domiciled within California’s borders, and that it has no intention of following the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. Therefore, this again demonstrates how willing the California Government is to forfeit its Contract with the U.S. Congress and its People. It was Congress that approved California’s government as meeting the requirements of a Republican Form of Government and President Millard Fillmore who signed it into being on September 9, 1850, and Governor Peter Burnett who accepted the provisions. El Dorado County had already been sworn in as an independent entity on February 18, 1850, and joined California. Therefore, it is Congress to which we intend to directly apply for Statehood because California has Broken its Contract with Congress and the El Dorado Citizens it swore to protect, and Congress needs to honor its Guarantee.
