NEW MEETING PLACE IN JANUARY

Rescue Community Center

Gold Panners,

Upon approval from the attendees at our monthly November meeting last Thursday, we have a change to announce, plus new items for you to promote our STATE:

Starting on January 16, 2025, we will be moving our monthly meeting to Rescue at the Rescue Community Center, 4180 Green Valley Road. We will be meeting from 6 - 8:30. The Center has a kitchen and a BBQ so we can serve lite meals/snacks, or bring your own. This meeting place opens up many possibilities for future events in addition to our monthly meetings.

The Rescue community allows use of the facility at no charge, donations welcome. A BIG THANK YOU to the community of Rescue for giving us this opportunity!

In the meantime, unless otherwise notified, we will still hold our December meeting at The Breakroom restaurant in Shingle as usual on the 19th.

We also voted to buy Caps with our last October event money. Georg Schmerholz has taken on the task of designing 2 colors of caps with reverse logo embroidery colors. Black Caps with gold lettering and Gold Caps with black lettering of: Leave California NOT El Dorado. These will go nicely with our shirts and we should have them in time for our February 22nd, event at Saluti Cellars winery in Somerset.

Please mark your calendars for both dates.

If you know of events we should attend to set up our tent or display, please keep us informed. We need to let El Dorado County residents know that we are here and on the move! Let’s get’er done so we can live free and away from California’s laws and regulations!
